    Item bought many years ago from a prominent philatelic shop in Kuala Lumpur. Has been housed in this archive grade sleeve ever since. Item was claimed to be UNC by the seller. However I did notice minor handling on the paper upon viewing the banknote under the light. All edges are perfectly sharp. I am not a professional grader, hence my statement is based on my years of collecting experience. If you are fussy enough, you may bid for an encapsulated banknote that comes together with the grade from any major auction houses in the world instead of buying this.
