Additional Info:
This is a heavy duty sousaphone.  It will need some repair to be playing again but the valves all work well and are smooth.  There is a break in the lead pipe as mentioned above.  The bell tenon needs to be put back into round.  There is some possible fractures that need to be looked at as mentioned above.  One of the bow guards has popped its solder in the middle (see pics).  This is a huge sousaphone!  It is a jumbo sized which means that it has a very big bore and the bell is quite large.  I'm sure once this is playing it would have a big beefy sound.

All the valves are in good working condition and some of the tuning slides are stuck

The third valve valve cap does not match the other two.

Metal Condition:
One broken spot in the lead pipe and two patched metal spots on the body as you get close to the bell (see pics).  It looks like there was an added bow brace near the same spot (see pics).  There may be some hairline fractures on the inside wrap of the body (see pics).
Outside Body Bow Condition:
Has a medium dent in the outside bow with a couple of small dings and dents (See Pics)
The Bell:
Medium dents and dings and medium  bell edge damage (See Pics) The bell tenon is out of round (see pics) and the bell wire is intact.  The bell tightening screws are missing and not included. One of the neck tightening screw braces is missing and not included (see pics).

The Bottom Bow:
Has a medium dent in the bow guard with a couple of small dings and dents (See Pics)

Overall Height from bow to top of the bell Approximately:
42 inches - it is difficult to tell as the bell does not fit into the body because of the dents putting the tenon out of round.

Incomplete Return:
The item will be inspected upon return and if any original parts or pieces are missing you will be contacted to send the missing items back.  If you are unable to return the missing item/part, you forfeit the refund.  All partial items that have been returned will also be forfeited and will be the property of Musical Instrument City.

Damage during Outbound Shipping:
In the unfortunate chance your item is damaged, the following procedure must be followed exactly in order to process a refund. Failure to comply with the following procedures constitutes a violation of the return policy and therefore a refund will not be given. Please contact us immediately. Save everything, including the box, packing materials, and shipping label. Without the original box and packing materials, a claim cannot be made, and a refund will not be issued. Take a full set of pictures so the damage can be assessed. Don’t send anything back yet until we contact our insurance company.  We will tell you when you may ship the item back.  Please see instructions for return shipping below. If it is determined that the item was damaged in shipping, we will send you a return shipping label via eBay Messages.  Refunds will not be issued for merchandise, which has been damaged while in your possession.

Damage during Return Shipping:
The item will be inspected upon return and if the item is damaged during return shipping, we will contact you so you can file an insurance claim.  Because you are the shipper, we cannot initiate a claim.  Depending upon how much damage was sustained you may only get a partial refund or no refund due to the damage.
