Additional Information:
This is a really nice little EEb sousaphone.  It is a very easy player with a beautiful round sound.  Something with the bell tenon and bell tenon receiver is slightly off because it is a real challenge to get the bell into the body and to remove it.  So something might be just slightly out of round enough to make it difficult so it may need an adjustment.  268 is engraved on the bell tenon which is the last three of the serial number for this horn indicating that they do belong together so after an adjustment they should fit together better. It is missing two of its three bell tightening screws (not included see pics).  There is no gooseneck or bit included with this sousaphone.  Overall this sousaphone is in really good shape! It just needs some slides to be pulled and a minor adjustment to the bell/bell tenon and after that this should be a fantastic playing little EEb sousa with a big sound! We thought originally it was a jr BBb because of the size but it is definitely EEb NOT BBb.

Someone has scratched in some letters on the bell tenon as well as the bell tenon receiver (see pics). 268 is engraved on the bell tenon (which is the last of the serial number on the valve casing indicating this is the original bell to this body).

Incomplete Return:
The item will be inspected upon return and if any original parts or pieces are missing you will be contacted to send the missing items back.  If you are unable to return the missing item/part, you forfeit the refund.  All partial items that have been returned will also be forfeited and will be the property of Musical Instrument City.

Damage during Outbound Shipping:
In the unfortunate chance your item is damaged, the following procedure must be followed exactly in order to process a refund. Failure to comply with the following procedures constitutes a violation of the return policy and therefore a refund will not be given. Please contact us immediately. Save everything, including the box, packing materials, and shipping label. Without the original box and packing materials, a claim cannot be made, and a refund will not be issued. Take a full set of pictures so the damage can be assessed. Don’t send anything back yet until we contact our insurance company.  We will tell you when you may ship the item back.  Please see instructions for return shipping below. If it is determined that the item was damaged in shipping, we will send you a return shipping label via eBay Messages.  Refunds will not be issued for merchandise, which has been damaged while in your possession.

Damage during Return Shipping:
The item will be inspected upon return and if the item is damaged during return shipping, we will contact you so you can file an insurance claim.  Because you are the shipper, we cannot initiate a claim.  Depending upon how much damage was sustained you may only get a partial refund or no refund due to the damage.
Instructions for Return Shipping:

Be sure all original parts of the item purchased are included before you return it.

In order to receive a refund our policy requires you to put insurance on the item for its return shipping.

Please use the original packing material and box.  Please use original packing material inside the case around the item.  Also use the original packing material around the case in the box to protect the item from shipping damage. If your item does not have a case, please use all packing material that the item came with to protect the item from shipping damage.

Uninsured packages or items shipped “COD” or “Shipping Due” will be refused and a refund will not be issued.

Once the item is received, we will conduct a physical inspection. This inspection will determine your eligibility for a refund.
