This listing is for a Traditional Tibetan three metals healing ring w/ "Om Mani Padme Hum" mantra, made from copper, white metal, & brass.
According to the principles of Tibetan medicine, this formula of 3 metals can be worn on the body for general healing, balancing of essential energies, strengthening Qi, increasing circulation, regulating blood pressure, & relieving pain.
This combination of 3 metals is also used for shamanic purposes in warding off negative spirits & increasing spiritual power. Wearing this ring bestows all the blessings & protection of the Om Mani Padme Hum mantra. This mantra is also known as the "Great Six Syllable Mantra" & as the Tibetan Buddhist "Mantra of Compassion.
It invokes Chenrezig, the Buddha of Compassion, and represents the wish for all beings to realize enlightenment & be liberated from suffering. The mantra also has deep esoteric meanings & is said to contain all the teachings of Buddhism within it. Unisex design w/ open back for adjustable size - one size fits all

Pad, the fourth syllable, helps to achieve perfection of perseverance, Me helps achieve perfection in the practice of concentration, and the final sixth syllable Hum helps achieve perfection in the practice of wisdom. So in this way recitation of the mantra helps achieve perfection in the six practices from generosity to wisdom. The path of these six perfection's is the path walked by all the Buddha's of the three times.
